Rash / Redness on Cheek
This pic doesn't show it well but my LO cheek has dry, red, patches. Looks more red in life than here.
Is it temporary? Eczema? Anyone knows why it happens and how to best treat it? He also has small little red dots that seems pimple like on his chest too. Is this from milk residue? He hates it when I try to wipe or clean his face and cries. So I wonder if it stings him when I clean it.
I've tried putting on nipple cream and even Vaseline which seems to help a bit I think.
