Painful bowl movement??

Does anyone else get painful bowl movement? It's so painful that you get chills! I'm so worried something is wrong. But I noticed that yesterday I didn't take my prenatal and I was fine. The day before yesterday I took it and I was in pain again! Today I took it and I was in so much pain! Can it be the vitamin? It never did that before.

Sometimes iron in the vitamin makes your stool harder so it hurts more. I get super unpleasant pressure when I go to the bathroom I'm scared I'm gunna squish my baby or something lol.

I think it's normal to experience a more than usual amount of pain during pregnancy. I also believe it has nothing to do with the prenatal, because I never take mine and I experience tons of pain. The way I think of it is, my body can't decide if it wants to push the baby or stools 😝. Or the stools are working around the baby? IDK.
