Question

Over the past few months people have been posting things about 'what race would you rather be?' and 'why do white people tan?.'

I've seen people say they would be every race except for black, and they commented about how 'when I tan I want to look more exotic, like Hispanic and South American, not black. Black people are not exotic they are just darker'

So, what's wrong with being black? Be honest, I really would like to know why. Is it because you don't think they are as attractive as Hispanics? Is it because of the sassy stereotype people have about them? I seriously want to know why nobody would want to be black lol

I love this question and I will try to answer it the best way I can. There is no white person that would willingly want to be black because whether they admit it or not they know their white skin keeps them from facing a lot of hardship that black people face. Being black is exotic or else half these white women wouldn't be married to these black men calling their half black children exotic. Don't let these women of glow get you down. Black is beautiful. We aren't afraid of the sun. I know I'm not walking around slathering sunscreen on praying not to get a sunburn if I'm outside for a certain amount of time. I don't have to put on sunscreen to become slightly darker. My skin is beautiful and the color is so rich. I love seeing black people as well as other POC. Because all POC are exotic and unquie. We all come in different shades with different features. Can't nobody tell me I'm not exotic and don't let anyone tell you that about black people. And while white people want to act like they tan to look Hispanic they sound ignorant because there are a lot of dark Hispanic people. Hispanic people come in many colors just like black people.

Everyone wants to be black (dreading their hair, tanning their skin, using our AAVE, Putting injections in their lips and ass) until it's time to stand up for Black lives.
