Is is possible that I could be getting pregnancy symptoms before a missed period?

I know this is probably crazy but I have been getting all the symptoms of pregnancy. The smells of some of my favourite food are now making me feel sick and everything smells so strong. Is it possible or is my body playing tricks on me?

I always have symptoms waaaayyyyy early. I have felt it as early as the day of. But don't psych yourself out. Give it some more time. Test once you get closer. It will probably be at least 6 days before your potential period that the hormones will show up.
