Stomach pains

So I get really bad cramps on the left and right side of my lower abdomen. I've been the the hospital once and they said it could just be overian cyst, but it's been getting a lot worse and along with it I've been having spinal pain and getting super sharp pains during sex. I also have been really nauseated. There's also constipation. Should I be worried or is it nornal? I really just don't know what to do...
