Not if they do not spread it. I need advice, if you send someone a booty pic, just in underwear, and no face, and they threaten to spread it, what do you do? Do you call the police or..? And if you are a minor, what does it mean? I am looking towards more specifically when you are a kid in school and you send one and the guy who has it threatens to spread it around the school. Do you confront the police or tell the school to confront the kid and his parents?
