How far along am I?

Ever since I had my son 2 years ago my periods were normal and on time. I had thenuvaring birth control. In November, I didn't start my period and didn't get it until January. In February and March my period was on time and then I didn't get it again. On June 2nd (midnight) I went to the ER where they did a pregnancy test that came back positive. Based on my period I should be about 10 weeks now. But my ultrasound and dr said I was only 5w 1d on the 2nd. I'm so confused as to when I conceived and how far along I am. Any input ladies?

When I found out I was pregnant I was about 8 weeks based on my last missed period and I asked my family doctor and she said that seems about right.. Then I went to the ER Thursday night and they told me I was measuring 5 weeks 1 day on the ultrasound. The weeks they tell you on the ultrasound are usually right just means ou ovulated way later

You could have ovulated late. Wait until your first doctors appointment/ultrasound with someone who knows about stuff like that and they will tell you more accurately !
