8 days late, - tests

My husband and I have been TTC 18 months, I'm 22 and have endometriosis and PCOS I was in the hospital for a week around the 15th of may for constant vomiting medicine wouldn't touch, of course tests were taken there negative, I also wasn't due for a period yet. Period due June 1st, now on the 8th nothing yet, took one home test on the 6th negative, now on the 8th negative both taken with morning urine. I'm not sure what to do here , advice ?
