Unusually short AF

Since a couple days PO my boobs have been sore and I've had some other unusual symptoms for me like dizziness and a weird queasiness/almost clenching feeling in my stomach on maybe 4 different days. Had some pink/brown brief spotting maybe 9 DPO that seemed like it could be implantation bleeding. Wasnt due for AF til 6/7 but it came early on 6/5, which wasn't too weird, but it was very light for me and only lasted barely 2 days, which is never the case for me, it's usually more like 5 and used to be 7. Nothing but BFN but it just all seemed a little unusual...
