12dpo ! Spotting or early period ???

So 10dpo towards evening I wiped & had brown discharge. Woke up next day 11dpo with cramps and bleeding. Only seen blood when I spied and some would drop in toilet. Very small amount on panty liner. 12dpo and I have very little when I wipe no need for party liner. Is this spotting or early period ?? Af is due on the 10th ... So confused I have taken dollar store test but I got bfn. Also, I took one last night looked at it this morning and had a line as if it was positive should I trust that ?? Gonna retest Friday @ 14dpo ! HELP !!!
