Stopping breastfeeding
So I am ready to stop breastfeeding. I'm in too much pain to keep pumping constantly. My little boy is almost five months. I am sooo terrified to stop though, because I'm scared of the pain when I stop. Because I could barely take being engorged three times. Does anyone know any way that is less painful and any supporting advice. Thanks so much!
