Shy during sex.

How do get over being shy during intercourse? I'm very comfortable around my partner, but for some reason I'm shy in bed. He likes dirty talk but I can never figure out how to do that and I'd like to be able to tell him how to please me as well. I'm just so quiet when usually I say whatever comes to mind. 😳
