Over whelmed

Ever get so over whelmed you don't know what to do with yourself, between work, making sure your wife has everything she needs and wants and is happy , then ttc, bills, but in reality your not happy bc your trying to give everything to your spouse and she doesn't give anything in return , there is no sex life to let all your worries go. There is no exscape at work, you can't talk to your spouse about thing bc they turn it around in you and make you feel guilty about everything, you can't talk to people at work because your afraid of losing your job , or having them look at you differently and treating you differently then. Ever just feel ..... Lost and confused
