Why cant i get pregnant

I have bben trying with my fiancé but nothing yet its been 2 years since we started we went to our doctors and nothing yet 
Everytime i do a pregnancy test and comes out negative it always gets me depressed what should i do??!!😭💔

Stop trying i know it easier said then done stressing and obsessing is hurting your body you just dont realize it

When my husband and i decided to ttc our second child we went in with a plan that if it didnt happen and i got my period there was always this go around to try again we kept things fun and the mood light it took us 4 months of that and now we are prego we were actually getting ready to see a fertility dr as we thought since i had many prblems with the mirena it made me infertile but just as i was about to start calling my insurance company i came up late and pos

It can take time just breathe relax let your body do what its made to do and go with the flow
