Pain, freaking out

I'm not sure who to call about this, but I need help. I was sitting on the edge of my bed and I ruled over and reached out for a tissue that was on the other end. I felt a sharp pain that was comparable to being cut in my stomach on the right side that made me double over and scream. It was so bad that I couldn't even cry until the worst of the pain subsided. The pain slowly faded, and now my stomach feels softer. I don't know what happened or what to do, my baby hasn't moved much but he usually doesn't at this time of day. I looked and there is no bruising on my stomach or anything like that.
