Baby kicks below belly button

So Im on my 2nd pregnancy and am 20 weeks along. Is it normal to feel the baby kicks and I feel movement below the belly button? He kicks and moves around a lot and every once in a while I will feel this right nest to myself Neely button and 1 or 2 times, I every once and a while on my upper stomach area. Should I be worried about him being so low at this time of my pregnancy? I had an ultrasound on the 2nd and they didn't say anything about it
