3 -4 Days Past Ovulation?

Question

Its been 3 - 4 days past ovulation and my SO and I had sex on my peak day and now ive been having headaches (I never get those) some discomfort in my lower abdomen and some nausea but nothing to extreme. I also have been noticing more acne on my face and back than usual. Is it possible to being getting symptoms this early?
