Advice on TTC????

So I been feeling bloated and everything for like a week!!! I took three test and they came back negative... I'm still trying wait and see if I get my period this month to determine if I am are not... I been TTC since April... I know sometime they say when people get the nexplanon it takes longer for you to TTC!!!! I really don't wann wait a whole year... I'm doing my best with my boyfriend... All we can do is try and think positive... I just don't know Wat else to do... I'm just trying to get someone else opinion who been on it before to see what they had to do other then try...
