Insights to calm this 1st time pregnant mom

Been trying for a year and a half and finally got our blessing that's due on January 29th per my calculations. Went to get my hcg and progesterone tested and it was all high levels 4092 hcg (and progesterone I think was 13.. Don't remember.) got our first US last Thursday thinking its 6.4 weeks but per the OB it's measuring 5.5 weeks and just saw the yolk sac and no embryo .. Have another US this Thursday and im just such a nervous wreck.. Anyone had this experience before?
