Any twinges you may have on a particular side is probably from the egg traveling through that Fallopian tube. It still doesn't mean pregnancy since even non fertilized eggs do this. Nausea is from the rise and fall in hormones. Usually alot of symptoms are psychological because you are "looking" for them or "want" them to be there because we associate them with pregnancy. You won't have any true pregnancy symptoms until implantation which COULD take anywhere from 6-12 days....depending on your body.

I have somewhat sore boobs, I felt pretty nauseous today and feel kinda hungrier than usual. Don't want to over think things! Baby dust to all!✨?? 6 dpo!

Im 5DPO Too and I've been feeling twinges on my right side of The pelvic área since this morning througout the whole day, watery CM And sore nipples! Hopes up! ?....I think is a good sign I hope... ? dust to you?
