Where did you guys find your nanny?

Im looking for a part time nanny for a 4 month old who speaks Spanish. There are so many agencies but it seems they always have bad reviews? Does anyone know where I can look or does anyone have recommendations?

Do you personally know anyone who has a baby sitter already? Maybe they can recommend theirs or another one? My sister is a Nanny so I automatically knew I would use her (but still pay lol). Sometimes word of mouth is better. If you trust that person that is.
