Heartbroken looks like goodbye

Went for my 1st ultrasound expecting everything to go smoothly and perfect. For my announcement this weekend... Being my 3rd baby, 3rd pregnancy. I was estimated to be 9 weeks and the sac was 7 week size. No fetal pole or heartbeat was found in the abdominal or vaginal ultrasound. I had to go have blood drawn and will again on Wednesday, to see what's happening with my levels. The dr.'s Look on her face was unforgettable she looked positive that I'm miscarrying. My heart feels just shattered. I have no idea what to expect next. 😔😭💔
