How did you announce your pregnancies to your SO?

Looking to hear your stories! How did your announcement go? Did you burst through the room holding a BFP? Did you plan a surprise?

Got sent home from work early because I wasn't feeling well. My manager and co workers insisted that I was pregnant and gave me $40 to go buy a pregnancy test. Before making it home I stopped at the drug store and bought 2 different tests. Went home and took both tests. Called my mom and screamed your going to be a grandma, but please tell me how this happened! Lol my SO was at work and I didn't know how to tell him. On my way to pick him up I contemplated about keeping it a secret or just giving him the box with both positive tests. I looked over at him and said "babe we need to talk" he keep saying "babe stop thinking I'm cheating on you when I'm in the bath room. I promise you all I'm doing is taking a shit and reading my books." (He's in the bathroom for over and hr at times lol) I laughed and said "no we're going to be parents and not to another puppy but a puppy but a human this time" he snatched the box and started to ask "how, why, when" neither of us believed the test because I've been told so many times that I could never get pregnant. We decided to go to the urgent care and make them retest me. Sure enough they said "congratulations your pregnant" took us awhile to handle it and let it sink in but now we're over joyed and can't wait to meet our blessing!

I walked into the room while he was watching tv, had just taken the test and said "babe I think I'm pregnant!"  Lol. Sorry not a very exciting story! Lol

We were out on a date night and the smells of the food were killing me then the soup that I absolutely love didn't taste right he kept saying that I'm pregnant the next day I tested forgot I took the test came back and found a big fat positive. I of course freaked out showed it to him he says congratulations I just looked at him he smiled and said he just knew I was pregnant said he loved me and held me close.

I woke my husband up saying "umm can you come here?" Him "why is everything ok?" "I think I might be pregnant." 😂👶🏼💕

I just walked into the room with the test and said "guess what?!?!" and he's like "you're pregnant?" and I'm like "yeah!!" and I showed him the test and then cried while he held me, because I was so happy.

Told him I'm late,tested, came out and told him I'm pregnant. Nothing fancy, nothing out of the ordinary. We have planned this and ttc so we knew it was bound to happen soon. .

Rang him when he was on the bus on his way home from work, he came in got a beer and sat in the bedroom on his own for an hour before he spoke to me 😂
