Thoughts?

I'm on my 2nd IUI cycle with donor sperm. I took Letrozole days 3-7 and went in for an ultrasound and blood work and possible trigger on Fri, CD 10. I had 2 15mm follicles and blood work didn't look like I was ovulating soon so nurse said come back today. One follicle was down to 13mm so she suspected I may have ovulated on my own. LH was 18 and Progesterone 2.2. Doc suggested IUI today because they thought I was in the middle of ovulation. He said Progesterone higher than 3 usually confirms ovulation was complete. I'm glad we didn't have to cancel the IUI but concerned my chances of a BFP are low now. Anyone have a similar experience?
