16 more ultrasounds

I'm currently 27 weeks and 3 days. At my last dr appt last Thursday they said I'd have 1 more ultrasound. I am considered high risk due to being 34 and having 2 miscarries. Before that appt I did have my glucose test taken. When the scheduling lady called she scheduled my ultrasound and said that starting at my 32 week mark I'd have to have 2 ultrasounds a week for the remainder of my pregnancy. I haven't talked to my dr or nurse yet. I'm stressed. Does anyone know why that would schedule so many? Could I be diabetic? Is it BC I'm high risk? So far this pregnancy has had positive feed back. Please let me know if you may have any insight
