Concerning bartholin cyst? Update

I have had this cyst (mine is inside under my skin) for 3 months or soo

It hasnt left and it is driving me crazy the doctor says they cant do anything till it gets infected an red and very sore what am i ment to do?!?!?!? They said something about surgrey for it!?! Its so uncomfy and sex is amazing but the cyst gets big and sore an hard but then settles please if anyone has had this or is still dealing with one or has had one delt with! please im begging! help me on how i can handle this evil thing!!
