Extended period. Really really long

I've had my period for 18 days. I'm not having sex. Haven't had sex since march. The first time it stayed on for 10 days then left for 8 now its back on for 18 days starting to get worried .

I recently lost my job and I've been under a bit of stress but 18 days is a long freaking time. Its just been spotting since day 10 very very light blood usually if I wipe.

Any one else?
