Can you have a best friend of the opposite sex without ever catching feelings in one lifetime?

Yes! I have a male best friend and have no romantic or sexual interest in him whatsoever. He's been there for me all throughout my school years, he's like a brother to me.

Most of my friends/co workers are men.  And that's exactly what they are.  My husband is my husband for a reason and there is no body that will compare to him. Him and I don't have a jealous relationship.  He had friends that are girls too

One is gay, so yeah, no worries there. And the other has been close friends with me since we were 14. We have never even cuddled. Even my husband developed a friendship with him.

Well my best friend is one of my exs. I dated him for a year and a half and that was 2 years before I started dating my now bf. I have no feelings for him what so ever. I never think of the What ifs. My bf knows he was is my best friend and is fine with it. I think mostly cause he lives 3.5 hours from me so we never hang out lol but if he was ever uncomfortable with it I would stop talking to him.
