Name too close to my dogs??

I have a dog named Miley but like the names Mila or Isla for a girl...are they way too similar to Miley?

Mila is. Isla is not similar to Miley.

I don't think they are too similar. I have a dog named Lillie and a daughter named Millie :-) We just think its fun and sounds bad but dogs only live so long. If you love the names for your baby don't let the similarity to the dogs name disuade you from using them.

I think you're good. When we were deciding on a boys name and a girls name, I wanted to give the baby (it a boy) the same name as our dog..but the hubby said "no way!" lol
