Late and unsure

Hi so my husband and I have been TTC for 3 years and one round of failed IVF. I have endometriosis so that's a big factor in us not conceiving. But the past almost 3 months I have been seeing an acupuncturist and started new supplements and have overall been feeling amazing! My periods have been better and showing up perfectly on time with no issues. But AF was due on Wed and it's now Friday and nothing. I was feeling a bit of cramping on Wednesday but then it calmed down. I have not felt anything since and I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone? I don't think I'm pregnant BUT my acupuncturist has told miraculous tales of how she got women with PCOS and endometriosis pregnant pretty quickly. When do you ladies think I should test?
