Had my first scan/worried about small blood clot

Dr. told me I have a small blood clot that needs to dissolve.  I can't have sex till my next u/s on Dec. 15th.  Feeling worried and trying to take it easy and rest from now on.  Has anyone else experienced a blot clot in their sac? Dr. told me I'm actually 7 weeks 6 days.  I was a week off and I'm due July 8th. My little peanut is healthy and it was so amazing to hear the heart beat.  Staying positive ?
