Haven't shaved in like a month

It's a full on BUSH down there. Like jungle. And I was just wondering if doctors care... like I'm not going into labor any time soon (I'm 20 weeks) but I've gotten so busy and also lazy I just haven't shaved. I'm worried the doctors will think it's gross even though that's stupid lol.
