Should I feed more?

Okay so I fed my 2 week old baby formula and finish 2 ounces at 5:30pm. As everyone know, feeding of formula should be 3-4hrs apart. My baby got relaxed and fallen asleep for about 30 mins after.. Then he started to fuss again at past 6pm giving signs that he's hungry. So my question is, should I feed him more?? I do not know what to do. This is my first baby. T_T

They usually say if they're completely draining the bottle and want more sooner than at least 3 hours add another ounce, if they don't want it they won't drink it x

At 2 weeks old he probably wants more than 2oz in a feeding I would try giving him maybe 4oz and see what he does with drinking it

My daughter always went every three hours on formula except when her reflux developed and she wanted to eat every hour to ease the pain. Add a little more. See how your baby does. Every baby is different. If your baby spits up right after eating it may have been too much. Don't increase the amount too fast. If you are still concerned all the pediatrician. As a first time mom I called all the time and they were great about reassuring me and answering questions.

I fed my son every 2 hrs. There is nothing wrong with feeding more, your baby is just a hungry one.

Have you tried uping how much he's eating? He may not be getting full enough, qnd at 2 weeks babies are still usually eating every 2hrs.

When in doubt offer more.. Babies won't over eat!
