Spotting

Looking to see if anyone has had a good outcome from a similar situation. So my lmp was May 15. I got a positive test last Thursday June 9th. The clear blue digital said no though. Saturday the 10th it said pregnant 1-2 weeks. Had my level checked Monday and it was 42, and Wednesday and it was 82. Yesterday my clear blue digital said pregnant 2-3 weeks. Had a little bit of spotting and started freaking out (I've had a miscarriage and ectopic) and took another clear blue digital and it says pregnant 1-2 weeks. Has anyone went down on the weeks estimator and it turn out good? I know it's probably just going to be a miscarriage but I wanted to see if there could be any hope...
