Spotting

So i was suppose to come on my cycle on the 14 or 15 n i have been spotting since the 13th no real blood if i use the bathroom no blood just when i wipe n its light light pink i have a blood clot fall out on like the 15th that was about the size of a quarter pad barely has anything on it my dr is out of town and told me to wait till shea back i only had cramps like 2x on the 14th n 15 but only late at night n i might get slight discomfort if i lay on my stomach to long but other than that no nothing no pms no nothing my boobs seem a little heavyer but i have big boods n cant determin if its because there just big or what but anyway.
