If i have 1 small glass of champagne, do i still have to pump n dump?

I'd really like to not pump n dump, but my husband really wants to celebrate his first fathersday with a picnic & champagne (all I got was flowers from the grocery store... and I had my baby 2 days before mothersday..... but hey, whatever 🙄🙄🙄🙄) lol

Anyway... 1 small glass of champagne: pump n dump or no?

Judge me if you want. I have a bottle of cider whilst breastfeeding. I drink the bottle like 330ml so slowly that I normally finish it in 3 hours. You never have to pump and dump unless you have seriously drank a load of alcohol. Like binge drink. Just as your body processes and rids the alcohol it also leaves the milk. It doesn't stay in there until the milk is removed. I would say it's best not to pump and store but definitely fine to bf if you have a glass of any soft alcohol. LL League had info that if you drink now a normal glass or two of anything it take 30 to 60 minutes without food to reach peak alcohol concentration in your milk. 60 to 90 minutes with food. If you don't drink regularly a easy way to put it is if you dont feel hectic tipsy its fine for baby to drink.
