I'm 6 weeks and had first scan yesterday - all is fine, heartbeat 108bpm, 2.9mm size. BUT...as well as severe constant nausea I'm getting the most horrendous cramps several times a day (and in the night). It's worse just after I've been to the loo, and it's not dissimilar to when I had a MC several years ago (not quite as bad, and not constant). It's really painful - stops me in my tracks and makes me wince. Anyone else had this?
