How many of you got pregnant using the withdrawal method as a birth control?

Just curious how frequently it can happen.

I never got pregnant using this method and we used it for about 4 years. It's all about the guys control I think if the guy can control himself and know when he is gonna "let go" and able to pull out then it's quite reliable.  No contraception is 100% even condoms and the pill ect are about 98% . When having sex the chance of getting pregnant.

Withdrawl when done correctly is successful 96% of the time. Condoms have a 99% success rate.

Got pregnant from a broken condom and most of it was still in the condom, AND he pulled out after he finished. Didn't know the condom was broken till he took it off though.

We've been using this method off and on for several years, no baby oopsie so far. I think the key is to know when you're ovulating but also pull out every time and not just when you think you're ovulating. I usually don't even do it at all around time of ovulation. And he has to know how to be out in enough time. I probably wouldn't recommend it to someone who absolutely didn't want to get pregnant though.
