Ugh im always in pain

I always have the worst cramps. Not just during my period but ALL the time :( IM 19 years old and started my first period when i was 11. Im very concerned because ive had 2 misscarriages past 12 weeks. I misscarried when i was 15 at 17 weeks and again when i was 17 at 15 weeks. My husband and i are going on 6 years and we never use protection. I havent been pregnant in two years. Welk anyways when i have my period lately the cramps are excruciating to the point where all i can do is scream. I can never get comfortable and it feels like someone is slicing my reproductive system. Help me!! How do i make it stop :(
