Choking while feeding?!

Lil frog is a week old today and tonight he has started this problem where he'll take 2 swallows then choke/cough/spit out milk.  I do both breast and bottle feed due to milk supply problems.  Anyone had this problem we see the pediatrician monday and it just started he's always been picky about the latch but this is kind of scary.

It's possibly due to too fast a milk flow. For bottles use a lower flow nipple and for breastfeeding unlatch and spray into a towel

Mine chokes sometimes during the letdown. But I give her a few seconds to catch her breath and then she jumps right back on

Maybe try a different bottle and nipple or just bipple. The flow of the nipple may be too quick for him. Try a premmie size if you're having trouble with size 0-3 month (or 1 month size)

I have noticed a lot of mucus and snot sound in the nose when thus happens but the suction doesnt help.
