My husband and I have been ttc for almost a year now and we have had no luck. This will be his first and my 4th child. We have not been doing anything consistent so before seeing a doctor I thought maybe I would get some ideas of what others who had trouble getting pregnant did. So any advice would be great, all of my children kind of just happened, so as much as you may think i should know what works, I don't and am sort of at a loss!
