Leaving baby

Starting work on Thursday and I'm leaving my baby with my mom. We've been trying to transition and I'm having to hear my baby basically cry it out with my mom. She's refusing to take a bottle and cries hysterically when she's trying to put her down for naps. She cries to the point when she just passed out from exhaustion. I don't know what to do - well I can't do anything. I have to let her figure it out but it just sucks hearing my child struggle. I can't help but get angry at the situation but I can't not return to work otherwise I lose my job.
