Crazy cramps and bleeding

I am spotting. I have been spotting since last night but it has gotten heavier it's actually getting on me now! And the cramps have gotten worse and more painful! I'm worried because I am also very dizzy. I called the ob yesterday and she told me to try to wait until Monday and call the office to get in for a ultrasound.. I am really scared cause I have had two miscarriages before and I'm really worried about this one doing it! Should I go to the er and get checked since it's gotten worse?
