Workouts in 3rd Trimester
All you fit mommas out there, what are your third trimester workouts looking like? Today was leg day for me, and I really notice with my leg workouts that every week gets noticeably more difficult for me. I've been doing light weight and high reps but I'm getting so winded once I pass about 20 reps! Still have a little over 9 weeks to go and hoping to keep up workouts until my due date.
