Question ?

So we got evicted from an apartment like around February and well were living with my husbands parents for now and we still owe that apartment some money. Which were paying back monthly But my question is does anyone know if they would allow us to move back in there again ? I know I can just ask them but I'll admit I'm nervous and shy so yeah but the reason we want to go back there is cause we want to move out again already and all the cheap Apartments in our area are all occupied and that one is one of the next cheapest around here everything else is so expensive so does anyone know if they would let us rent with them again or no? Oh another thing is eviction doesn't show on our record, we actually went to court with the lawyer of the owner and they agreed and signed that if we moved out by a certain date they wouldn't report eviction on our record if that makes sense and we did move out when they said so no eviction shows up
