Question for home birth moms

When did you let your family and in laws see the baby? When did you let them over to your house?

I live with some of my in laws but am still choosing to do a homebirth. So they will be around the entire time I'm in labour. I'm fine with this and appreciative of the extra support. But when the baby is born, I feel like I'm going to need a few hours to clean up/feed baby/bond as a family with my hubby and baby. So I'm probably going to tell them they won't get to see the baby right away and I'll just keep him in our bedroom. Is this unreasonable? They are all so excited to meet him.

How long did you wait after your home birth to allow your in laws to come meet baby? Thanks in advance.
