Trying again!

We are back to trying again. I am 40 (41 in October) and my husband is 30. I have two children, 17 and 21. My husband would like his own. After a miscarriage in March 2015, and loads of other stressful issues, we are back at it. We start fertility treatments in July. I am also taking Royal jelly, Maca and CoQ10 now. Has anyone had success with this combo? Or anything really? Thanks for all the input.
