Vaginal odor & itch

Help!! My vagina itches & burns like crazy and I'm having this white cottage cheese like discharge as well as a strong disgusting odor you can literally smell it through my pants.... I am assuming it's a yeast infection but I've never had one so idk what to do. I had unprotected sex a couple of days ago as well as I wore tight jeans .... What can I have and how can I cure it?
