Does vitex work?

Does vitex work to balance out your hormones? My husband and I have been trying for 18 months with no luck.. how long did it take you to conceive on vitex?

Vitex should help if taken regular, I am using the tincture but stopped while I was abroad I got my cycle down to 43 days from 70 but then back to 70 when I forgot to pack it in my suitcase so back on it again now hoping I can sort my cycle. It's thought to help send signals to the pituitary gland to tell the ovaries to release an egg, good luck hope this helps x

It took 2 months for me to concieve after taking Vitex, but I never got me period back. So I would say it helps us get pregnant
