Ovulation sickness???

So for three days now I've had a horrible cough when I wake up and I am not sure if this is due to conception or ovulation because I've read that some women catch a "cold/sickness" right after conception I have had this since my temp dip of 1 degree and .4 degrees any help needed (hoping this is due to conception)
